Who will deliver my package?
Shipping takes place with DHL, UPS or GLS. The service provider used for the shipment depends on the package size and destination.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, it doesn't matter how big or small your order is. We are always happy to receive your order!
Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
During the ordering process, you can enter a billing address that differs from the delivery address.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time for items in stock is 5-10 working days, depending on the destination of the package. We pack and ship the items within 72 hours. The delivery time for the configurable floor mats is up to 14 days.
How do I find out if the items are available?
If you see an item in the online shop, you can assume that the item is available. Item availability is updated daily. If an item is not in stock, you cannot order it.
