When you complete an order and checkout, you can choose from a number of different payment methods. We offer you the following options: Credit cards such as MasterCard and Visa, SOFORTüberweisung, Giropay, PayPal and purchase on account.
Credit cards VISA and MasterCard
With us you can easily and securely pay with your credit card. We accept credit cards from MasterCard and Visa. When you submit your order, the invoice amount will be reserved on your credit card. The credit card is only actually charged when the goods are handed over to the sender. In the event of a return, the amount will be credited to the credit card account used immediately after the receipt of the goods has been processed.
Instant bank transfer
You can choose SOFORT transfer as a payment method. The SOFORT transfer works like a normal online transfer at your bank. When making an online purchase, you can carry out the payment process directly using your online bank account details. We receive a transaction confirmation immediately and can process and ship the order quickly.
Online transfer made easy: The Giropay online payment method is offered by most banks and savings banks. Based on online banking with PIN and TAN, it allows you to pay easily, quickly and securely via online transfer. To pay with Giropay, you only need an online banking checking account at a participating bank or savings bank. With Giropay you carry out your online transfer in the secure online banking environment of your credit institution. This guarantees that sensitive data (PIN/TAN) is only exchanged between you and one bank. No third party has access to personal account and sales information.
This is how Giropay works: If you decide to pay with Giropay, after entering your bank code you will be securely directed to the online banking of your bank or savings bank. Here you log in as usual with your access data. After you have successfully logged in, a pre-filled transfer is automatically displayed, which already contains all the details of the purchase: invoice amount, intended purpose and bank details of the merchant. By entering a TAN you authorize the transfer. We receive a payment guarantee from your bank immediately after a successful transfer and can ship the goods immediately depending on availability.
PayPal
You can order from us easily and securely without cash using PayPal. If you choose this payment method, you will be redirected directly to PayPal for payment.
If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in as usual with your account details and make the payment. If you're new to PayPal, you can create a user account for free by entering your bank or credit card details - so you don't have to re-enter them every time you make a purchase. You then pay by entering your email address and a password and you will receive a payment confirmation by email. Your order will then be processed immediately. Paying via PayPal is free of charge for you.
If you return ordered items, the corresponding value of the goods will be credited back to your PayPal account.

Secure purchase on account
After purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation from us. You can see our bank details there. Please be sure to save your identification number; this will be needed later when making the transfer. After the goods have been delivered, you will receive an invoice with a payment request by email. Please pay your outstanding amount via bank transfer.
Please make sure that the identification number is clearly visible on the invoice as the intended purpose and the correct account details. We also ask you to pay for each order individually using the respective identification number. If several orders are transferred in total, no allocation can take place in the system.
