
Terms of Warranty
Dear Customer,
We (Kleen-Tex Industries GmbH, Fürhölzl 2, 6341 Ebbs, Austria) hereby grant you a manufacturer's guarantee on our product family. We grant different guarantee periods for different product groups, which are listed in detail below:
Product groups: wash+dry Design, wash+dry Decor, wash+dry Monocolour Original, wash+dry Monocolour Trend-Colour, Stand-On:
For these product groups we grant our customers a manufacturer's guarantee of 5 years from the date of purchase throughout Europe. In order to claim guarantee services, customers must keep the original receipt or invoice and present it to us when claiming against the guarantee.
If manufacturing or material defects occur during the guarantee period that impair the function, we will replace the defective goods free of charge with goods that are free of defects. Any shipping and transport costs incurred shall be borne by the customer. In the event of defective goods, if you wish to make use of the guarantee, please contact our customer service at info@wash-and-dry.eu. In order to ensure the fastest possible service, we would also like to ask you to send us a detailed description of the cause of the damage and photo documentation. Please always give us the manufacturing code (barcode on the back of the mat) or take a photo of it.
This guarantee does not apply to wear and tear due to normal use, damage caused by improper use, such as cutting, perforation and other violent, physical or chemical effects for which we are not responsible, nor to incidental or consequential damage.
The statutory defect claims for subsequent performance, withdrawal or reduction and compensation for damages in the event of defects, as well as the statutory product liability claims, exist in full in addition to our guarantee and are not restricted by the guarantee. These statutory rights can be claimed by them free of charge.
Product groups: DUNE, Dirt Trapper:
For these product groups, we grant our customers a manufacturer's guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase throughout Europe. In order to claim guarantee services, customers must keep the original sales receipt or invoice and present it to us when claiming against the guarantee.
