Terms of Warranty

 

Dear Customer,

We (Kleen-Tex Industries GmbH, Fürhölzl 2, 6341 Ebbs, Austria) hereby grant you a manufacturer's warranty on our product family. We grant different warranty periods for different product groups, which are listed in detail below:

Product groups: wash+dry Design, wash+dry Decor, wash+dry Monocolour Original, wash+dry Monocolour Trend-Colour, Stand-On:

For these product groups we grant our customers a manufacturer's guarantee of 5 years from the date of purchase throughout Europe. In order to claim warranty services, customers must keep the original receipt or invoice and present it to us when claiming warranty.

If manufacturing or material defects occur during the warranty period that impair the function, we will replace the defective goods free of charge with goods that are free of defects. Any shipping and transport costs incurred shall be borne by the customer. In case of defective goods, please contact our customer service at info[at)wash-and-dry.eu. In order to ensure the fastest possible service, we would like to ask you to additionally send us a detailed description of the cause of damage and a photo documentation. Please always give us the manufacturing code (bar code on the back of the mat) or take a photo of it.

This warranty does not apply to wear and tear due to normal use, damage caused by improper use, such as cutting, perforation or other violent, physical or chemical effects for which we are not responsible, nor does it apply to incidental or consequential damages.

The statutory warranty claims for subsequent performance, withdrawal or reduction and compensation for damages in the event of defects, as well as the statutory product liability claims, exist in full in addition to our warranty and are not restricted by the warranty.

Product groups: DUNE, Gallery Halfmoon, Dirt Trapper:

For these product groups, we grant our customers a manufacturer's warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase throughout Europe. In order to claim warranty services, customers must keep the original receipt or invoice and present it to us when claiming warranty.
